Funny thing I've noticed really is how that PC users say "Mac users always go on and on about how good their computers are" but the thing is, the majority of flame wars that occur between Macs and PCs are started by the PC users being ignorant, arrogant or down-right b**chy about Macs.
They ask for it.
Yeah, that sure seems to be the case. I remember a few months back when I was always researching the whole switch to mac thng, I was always finding myself reading sites or articles or blog posts where people discussed this, and I got sick of reading the whole'drunk the kool-aid' expression, over and over ad nauseam. I mean, I found it funny at first, while I didn't know where it came from, and had only just figured out it meant you were gullible, although I did think that given how many more Windows users there is out there compared to Mac users, I thought it was a much more apt description of the first group, especially for people who did it without thinking, just because everyone they know uns windows--who's the sheep then, lol? But when I found out where the expression had originated, I got kind disgusted at the people using it. I mean, it's really crude, and it's true that I can't recall ever seeing someone use it while defending macs--only people saying windows are better seem to use it.

I agree with the others, just walk away. A lot of time I get worked up over stupidity and people getting my back up. I compose a post/email/whatever out then realise that life is too short to get involved with crap like that and end up deleting it anyway and letting the others fight amongst themselves!
Heh, I've done that lots of times too, primarily with comments in newspaper websites on current affairs stuff

And ChrisN, I know next to nothing, make that plain nothing, about gaming and gaming forums unlike others in the thread, but I do know a bit about human nature, and it sounds as though the guy is just baiting you to cause trouble. Maybe he knows you have a mac and like it? Either way he sounds like kind of a loser tbh
