1) photo of the abs with a macrumors datestamp
2) video of u doing 50 push ups then another 50 after 2 seconds
3) A photo of u and the hottest gurl in yr10 with a macrumors datestamp.
if you don't wanna post it on a public forum u can always just PM or email it to a trusted member... like ijohnhenry or someone and they can inform the rest of us to wether the proof was succificant enough to redeem urself.
