I have a 2012 Mac mini that suddenly stopped booting. It will go into a continuous loop of trying to reboot and show the following kernel panic screen. I've heard it could be either a RAM issue or motherboard failure.

If anyone can help out it would be appreciated.

Is the RAM factory-original?
Or did you change it at some point?
IF so, do you still have the original RAM?
Have you tried re-installing it?

Do you have a second EXTERNAL drive that is "bootable to the finder"?
Do you have another Mac on which you could MAKE one?

What OS version (High Sierra, Sierra, etc.) are you running? Do you have a fusion drive or an encrypted disk? Is the disk HFS+ or APFS?

If you have a fusion drive, it could be the problem discussed in the following link:

The first error message you're seeing would point to a disk issue. If you have a bootable external disk and try to boot from it and you get the same message, then that would point more to a RAM or other hardware issue. Has anything changed recently on the computer?
