Need help with parallels

I have parallels 4 and windows xp installed. but I cannot get any cds to read. it seems to have the windows xp bootup image in the cd drive everytime i open up parallels. I have tried to reinstall it a few times, but nothing seems to work.

Try going into the VM configuration (under "hardware) and set the CDROM to "real device", instead of an image file.
