Need Help with Trade in Process. (i want to trade in my iphone 4s for iphone 5) how??

Has much as I hate GameStop I traded my 4S and 4 in the other day and walked away with $500 cash. Waiting and the possibility that you can get scammed just isn't worth it on Craigslist anymore.

If you're looking for the most money to use towards your iPhone 5, Amazon is your WORST choice. Because you don't get cash, you get a $400 Amazon gift card. And Amazon doesn't sell the iPhone. That's $400 of other stuff you can buy on Amazon, but none of it will be used towards your new iPhone.

I am considering trading in our families iphone 4's as well. I certainly appreciate all the thoughts in this thread. I was wondering if anyone would have a suggested work flow for deleting information on the to be traded in phones prior to physically handing them over for trade-in?
