Remind me to not sell anything to hot head like you either.

Let me explain to you how today's Paypal policy works, because you clearly seem to be stuck in the past. You have no access to the money UNTIL the buyer has the item in his hands and is completely satisfied with it.

If the buyer actually took the time to inspect his computer and found the issue BEFORE giving the "all is good" green light to PayPal he would have grounds for a refund/claim.

Hahaha! I'm a hot head? That seems a bit like a personal attack, but I can understand that from someone that has shown his views on personal responsibility and ethics.

And, for the record, I sold 7 items on eBay last week. Six paid by Paypal. I think I have pretty good idea on how it works, and it's not like the 'escrow' situation you're describing.

Fail.

Not only is this factually false, it's a very stupid thing to say.

I could say the same thing about your post.

Current rules with eBay and PayPal basically give the buyer ALL the power. Read the discussion boards on eBay if you don't agree. There are a ton of sellers who are unhappy about the ways eBay is treating it's seller in terms of fees, feedback, and disputes.

There's no point to post a response if you're not going to elaborate. :p

Until you have a bad experience... You don't have any idea how it works.

trust me, your prior post was much worse.

How can anyone in their right mind not thoroughly examine something they bought on Ebay for that kind of a price. I'm all about protecting the buyer, but to what extent?

so according to you this is what the paypal policy says:
"Hey buyer, not satisfied with your purchase? after 2 weeks? NO PROBLEM! just file a claim and get your money back!"

Oh hey i almost forgot to put "Fail", so now i made your statement factually false and mine the correct one.

I'm not going to trust you. Sorry.

But, more importantly, How can somebody in their right mind not throroughly examing something they WERE SELLING on Ebay for that kind of price? Especially if it's something that the seller had and used for an extended period before the sale, and was fairly quickly found by the new buyer.

And, no. I never quoted paypal policy. But, from a decent human standpoint, I want satisfied buyers, and think those that do not are people I'd want to avoid.

Here it is again for you.
FAIL.
