Carrier Needing to reach AT&T executive department

    I hope someone can help me obtain contact information to AT&T executive level. I have reached out numerous times via tele, chat, social media, financial services etc to no avail but empty promises that a manager would call me. This is regarding them canceling my service when my service was suspended AFTER I paid the account in FULL and they refuse to restore it back to its original plan. Can someone help me contact them? Thanks!

    It used to. I wasn’t aware it had been changed.

    It is likely in the fine print that is you fail to pay, they can cancel and do not have to give you the original plan. You would be like a new customer.

    Read your T&C's. Very likely you hit a loophole for them not to give you that back.

    Don’t need to read, maybe the other poster does. Been with att for many years and have no plans on leaving.
