Not sure what you mean with Netflix DVD, but it is most certanly available at least for Swedish customers (just appeared a few weeks ago).

Not here in the US. This is why I hate when Netflix went international. I look up screenshots of Netflix UI and shows some cool movies but when I search for them all of them are DVD only because they are not in this region.
