AT&T offer's tethering with Blackberry's for $60.00/month 5GB soft cap. I wish we had that option with iPhone's.

I don't think they have the ability to do that (yes, I'm aware of that URL the phone checks periodically and I don't think it's for this situation) nor would they. I still have PhoneSaber and that's been pulled off the App Store for weeks.

Anyone knows where to download Netshare?

It is sucks as Netshare is no longer in Apple Application. Do you know where can I download Netshare to install in my iphone? Or if any one of you already have a software, is that possible for you send me email with an attach software Netshare? I do have unlimited data plan which is no problem to use Netshare.

Any ideas would be appericated.

You have to install a MobileInstallation hack to your iPhone meaning you can install cracked IPA's to your iPhone.

To find the IPA of NetShare, just search on Mininova.org for "netshare ipa" or something similar. Shouldn't be too hard to find.
