Yup, I got a chipped glass screen protector, I emailed them and got no response...effff you sw

Slickwraps has been overly nice to me since MacRumors featured my YouTube video explaining the Jet Black lettering was faded/removed when I had to remove their Naked Skin. They even offered to replace my device but I declined because my phone functions perfectly and the letter doesn't matter to me. My second skin install went near perfect and my device looks great imo -

I definitely get the delays with regards to shipping being frustrating but I expected that around the device launch. Overall I'm extremely happy with the wrap itself. Dropped my phone hard on a metal beam and it was completely fine.

They should be working for them;)

I've found the customer service of BSE to be much better. Complained to them about unsuccessful installation with first skin and they immediately sent a replacement skin free of charge. Got it within 2 weeks in Australia.

Counter point, I have made like 5-6 orders through the years from them and never had an issue.

Same here. And even if there was an issue. If you contact them I'm 100% positive they'd take care of you without issue.

I ordered from Slickwraps and never had any issues. I got their promotional naked skin plus a second skin and tempered glass for free. All items came in excellent condition.
Now, this was ordered back in late September and shipping didn't take long at all. But, my phone arrives today. Now, I'm a bit worried about trying the skin and having the edges a bit longer than they're suppose to be. Also, the labeling on my phone since I will have the Jet Black plus.

It's almost as if being offered a free phone, and given a free skin has somehow biased him...
I bought my skin, they sent me a replacement which they offer to everyone when the install doesn't go perfect. I declined their offer to exchange my phone. The only bias is that I have received excellent customer service (some people without question have had a different experience). I was literally given nothing special and don't even have a link to their product on my videos.

I've had a pretty good experience with SW Customer Service so far. I bought the naked skin about a month ago on Amazon, and got it within a few days. It came with the deal they had on the website (2 skins, 1 tempered glass screen protector).

I just applied it yesterday, and ran into a few problems with the cut. I don't know if it was just me, or if all skins are like this, but there were small problems here and there. The edges being too long was the largest problem, as well as the sim and speaker cutouts being slightly off.

I requested a refund via amazon today early in the morning. I got a copy/paste answer about watching the video for fitment tips. I explained I had, and there it was simply the wraps I received, and messaged them on their website as well. Almost immediately after I messaged them on the website, they messaged me back on Amazon and issued a refund and offered a replacement.

I seem to be in the minority here. Maybe it's because I used Amazon. Currently their naked skin says unavailable, but order through there in the future, maybe.

You had a different experience because of Amazon. If Slickwraps had ignored you, as they have others, Amazon would have refunded you and dealt with them. So your experience is not positive for Slickwraps but for Amazon.

Guess you did not read the thread before posting...they appear to not take care of their customers.

Slickwraps has never been know for having stellar customer service. But you'd think over the years it would improve. Unfortunately with Sickwraps it seems to have gotten worse. I've been trying for days to get an answer as to when my order would ship (their website states 1-2 days.) My skins claim to be "In Stock". No responses to emails.

Now I need to find another skin company that will actually ship my item.

Next stop to request a charge back on my credit card since they can't seem to ship my items!
