Well, you are obviously entitled to your opinion as are the whiners (or is that "winners"?).

Look - it looks great, it has some useful features, but Joe Public will see the bits that are missing and will grumble about having to pay for the extra bits. There is no obligation on people to buy Apple and I fear that they won't.

People loved the first iPhone. This one is much better. In Europe and Asia, 3G is a big deal and hampered sales.

A great 3G phone with GPS, touch control, all sorts of software applications, syncing of one's documents and apps to read them? I think this is a hit.

Well, Joe Public certainly didn't notice that 3G was missing from the original iPhone. And to prove it Apple sold 6 million of them. Now there are even less missing features.

Joe Public are largely easily impressed non-technical idiots. From a UK price point perspective it's almost perfect now, and iPhone sales are sure to rightly thrive.
