new ACD 24" yellow tint issue

Is there a yelow tint issue in this new LED ACD?

I'm voting and replying based on my new iMac 24" which has a horrible yellow tint on gray colors. As a web designer I've looked at a previous design I made which used a lot of gray and its completely yellow. Not sure why.
 
Glossy display? It isn't that bad. It is not like Steve Jobs threw-up on the display and they sealed it in a box and shipped it to you. A yellow tint... That would be bad.
 
Calibrated it?

Although Apple seems notorious for yellow tint on their displays...my original Santa Rosa MBP had yellow tint.
