I'm hoping for a new Apple BT keyboard with the same form factor as the current one (but with the numerical pad added) and with black keys and LED backlighting.

Would an LED backlit wireless keyboard kill battery life quickly?

you underestimate apple and batteries. they went from 3 and 1/2 hour battery life on the macbook to 7+ hour battery life on the macbook pro's. so.. maybe the new keyboards will have rechargeable batteries for great justice? omg....

I really hope they add a back light to the keys. It would really be a nice addition.

Wireless keyboard with numpad and backlit would be nice indeed.

...backlit keys would be ok if you could turn them totally off to save power when working during the day...

They need to make them less expensive and offer a mouse/keyboard set price.

If they did something like the kensington set that you could remove the keypad and use it separately that would be good also so that when you don't need the keypad its in the case...

Mouse giving out

My Might Mouse wireless is giving out (strange sound on click). It sounds like a new one is around the corner from this post and I've heard about that elsewhere. I guess I should just make do with this one, which is probably 3 years old now, until the new comes out.
