New Apple Leather Case

Any leather will over time start to absorb sweat, dirt, and moisture which will give it a dirty look. That's why I don't like leather cases. Leather is great for some things, but for a phone case? There are many better materials out there for a phone case, at least in my opinion.

That may be true but some people like the worned out vintage look.

Here's my brown one after 8 months use. Wife has used it the past couple of months, though I'm kinda jealous since it has gotten so dark.

I had two leather cases. A new black one I sold here. And a red one I returned.

I was not impressed at all with the color change. Will not buy again. If I did black only.

They've now removed all the leather cases for the iPhone 5/5S except the black one from their website.

Got this case for my iphone 5s. Great look! The fit is super tight, maybe to tight... Anyone noticed that the long sides of the case are not 100% straight? In the middle it looks somewhat curved (nitpicking)...

Have any of you guys found any leather sleeve/pouch that will fit with the Apple Leather case? Apple Leather case owners....scuffs?

I went through a black Apple leather case and now I just bought the navy blue and returned the black because I like the look of it better. Does anyone experience scuffing with these Apple cases? I'm loving the leather feel of it by the way.

Tried silicone and...never again!!

Of course, leather will scratch/scuff/stain if you're not careful with it.

I've had my black apple leather case for my 6+ since Thanksgiving. Its bee excellent, and still looks great. I wipe it with a slightly moist towel every once in a while too, just in case theres any shmutz.

I would'nt mind trying some of the other colors, but i wonder what they look like after being used? If seen the brown after usage, and its actually pretty cool. But i hate brown no matter what. The navy could be interesting!

I have the brown leather on my space gray 6 Plus and really like the way it looks. I had black earlier but the brown adds some contrast.

It does scuff and gets a worn look through the natural oils in the hand. I tried silicon before as well it attracted too much dust in my experience.

I have the black leather case & black smart case on my iPhone 5S & iPad mini 2. So far so good. Excellent choice but like everyone said, they're expensive.

I've been using the blue on my 6. It's been through my front and back pockets, jacket pockets and still looks amazing.

I have the brown leather on my space grey iPhone 6 and I absolutely love it. By far the best case I've owned. Feels amazing. The quality is fantastic. I've had mine for about a month now. I keep it in my pocket about 75% of the time. Other times it's either in my hand or sitting on a table and its worn just barely. Starting to get smoother and color is changing a little darker. Looking really nice.

Leather scuffs be it on shoes, wallets, jackets or an Apple leather case. It's a good case and there's more pluses than minuses to it

Leather builds up a patina from natural skin oils which gives the leather beauty and a natural look so any scuffs will disappear shortly thereafter....honestly stuffs give leather some character as well.

Yeah - I have the black leather case. It scuffs slightly easily - I dropped it once and a chunk came off (not completely, it was hanging on on one end) - the oils from the skin seems to have put it back in place, but you can still see it.

Does give it character though

How is it possible that a chunk of your leather case came off and your skin oils put it back in place? Are your skin oils made of Krazy Glue?

I've had the midnight blue on my 6 since September. it will occasionally get scratched on the back but I can kind of rub the scratches out with my thumb. I really like the case.
