Downloading now. Any way to kill the old green logo and change the bitesms logo to green? There were cydia tweaks before, but i don't think for iOS 7, iPhone 5s yet.

Just downloaded the new version, installed and it doesn't show up anywhere on my iPhone 5s. Is it because the helper app, Weeloader, doesn't work right? I can't get it installed on my iPhone 5s
Ahh. I love biteSMS more than before iOS 7, though I wish we could change the name of the icon to "Messages" or something similar.
You know what's funny, that's how I figured out you can't change the name! As soon as Mobile Substrate was updated I reinstalled Icon Renamer and attempted this, but it changes back to "biteSMS" every time. I thought it was a fault on Icon Renamer, but I'm able to rename all other icons with no problem.

Did anyone with iPhone 5s get BiteSMS working? I'm trying to install it and it says it's installed, then I reboot and there's no BiteSMS icon to be found.
Wish people talking about this and that working would comment as to if they have a 5 or 5s, lol
Oye, if I kept up with every dev's blog for every tweak I had before, wow, I'd spend 3 days a week reading blogs, haha.
Haha, you and your poor troubles. Life is awful when you need to figure whether tweak works for a 5 or a 5s.
Thank you! Trying it now. In the new version, since that article is 3 years old, there's something like infofw5.plist and info.fw6.plist where just info.plist should be sooooo let's see how guessing how to do this turns out.
EDIT / UPDATE: I was able to edit it from "biteSMS" to "iMessage" (what I personally preferred) in both the files, but for some reason it was still saying "biteSMS" under the icon after a restart and respring.

Pretty sure it will stay as bitesms. The option is for the bite or message icon. I think there is an app that you could use to change the name of bitesms to messages if you prefer.
Go through and reread the previous posts. I'm aware there's a built in feature to only change the picture of the icon and I know there are apps for the name, like icon renamer, but it's not working. The method mentioned to me before tells you how to change the picture AND name of the icon.
I agree! It's going to be tough going I the beginning for 5S/Air/Retina Mini owners because of the x64 chip. I've been searching for a good updated spot to see all Cydia pass that have been updated.
Cant wait to use bitesms on ios 7.

Little laggy but that's about it for me.. Some little bugs possibly. Not sure what other people think.. I like it so far

Works ok for for, no real issues. Took me awhile to figure out how to get the qr window to open up. And still not able to get it to recognize my license.
