Most everyone at HP was happy to see Carly go. HP no longer invents; it slaps it's name on other people products and charges a premium (the have meetings on how to raise this 'premium' more than you would like to know). I wonder what the Hewlett's and the Packard's think?

If I was part of the Hewlett or Packard families, I'd be just as happy as the investor crowd in general was at Carly's departure. Judging by the various articles I've read on the subject and the posts in this thread, it looks like hiring Carly wasn't such a great idea after all.
