The Vapor Comp Tactical line in Desert Camo comes with a Black power button and Black rubber liner. I'm very sorry if it looked brown on your computer.

We prepare the images of our products to be true to color for both print advertising and display online on systems with monitors calibrated for perfect color output. However, we are not able to control how they are displayed on the computers of customers browsing our website. Differences due to the (non) calibration of your monitor may manifest itself as a variation in color, contrast, brightness or more.

i replied them asking would it be possible to get a refund. but honestly, does it looks black or brown to you guys? or was it my screen calibration problem?

Well I calibrated my screen as per this guide mostly since I play with Photoshop and what not for vectors and what not...

That being said, I'm no professional... but. That sure as heck looks like a brown over a black.

Also, fwiw, the wake / sleep button also seems brown, not black...

Ultimately, it's your money (and you want it now! sorry, damn JG Wentworth ) and if you aren't happy with the case just return it. You paid for something and had some expectations, if the product didn't meet those expectations then return it.

i calibrated my screen and looked at it on my iPhone 4s and it looks brown to me. its also weird cause the other three tactical cases all have different color lining to match the color theme.

I noticed the screws are different from the first release vapor comp.
