iOS New Emoji, how?

I'd like to request that there be a safety pin emoji. It's very necessary now, considering recent political issues.

How do I request this to whoever approves emojis for apple, etc.?

Apple does not invent new emoji. Unicode sets the standard for what emoji exist, and Apple, Google, etc. simply create their own art for each emoji.
