What you always have to check is the height of the disk. MacBooks take drives up to 9.5mm high (also called 1/8th height), but not 12mm high (also called 1/6th height).

Two clicks to the manufacturers webpage: Yes, it is 9.5mm high, so it will fit. Shouldn't give you any problems. And putting it into a MacBook shouldn't take more than five minutes.
