Yup, the store is up right now and there's no updates to either the iBook or Mac mini.
At the moment both show "Estimated Ship: 3-5 business days."

Maybe not, but I once saw a 1.33GHz 12" PB G4 with Jaguar installed on it. This machine was introduced in April 2004, so it had Panther on it from the factory. The previous owner liked Jaguar better somehow so that's what was on the machine. The guy who bought it is a friend of mine, so I helped him clear Jaguar from it and install Panther. My point is that with Jaguar, the Panther-shipped machine ran really badly. YMMV of course, as this is just anecdotal.FireArse said:Ok,
Would there be anything stopping me from using Panther on a new iBook?

CNN said:NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Apple may be gearing up to unveil a new slate of mini-Macs and may also release updated versions of its popular iBook laptop computers as early as next Tuesday, according to unconfirmed reports on a Web site that tracks Apple.
The Web site Think Secret reported three new Mac mini and two new iBook part numbers have appeared in Apple's retail database, indicating that new models are imminent.
Their reporting of the run-up to this bungled war was appalling.animefan_1 said:The fact that a mainstream news agency like CNN is quoting a rumor website is just sad.![]()

Seems a bit odd to me, that the high end machine doesn't have AP or BT Standard.
