Sms and Imessage different shades of green and blue

Just noticed that on imessage, You get darker blue speech bubbles and slightly light blue speech bubbles in the same conversation. The same applies to green speech bubbles.:confused::confused:

The fact that the settings app crashes at least a few times a day should be an indicator of how rushed out this update was.

The Settings app has yet to crash for me.

Yep. Its a gradient across the visible conversation. I also like the way the bubble move when you scroll and the way the text you are sending comes up from behind the keyboard.

The calendar is a massive step backwards IMO, and it's just sloppily designed and put together. See the attached screenshot for an example of this lack of polish!

Yeah, I had a similar situation yesterday on a 4S where the camera flash labels ("Auto", "On" and "Off") slid over the "HDR" text (as intended) but left "HDR" showing through "Off". It was a buggy mess. It's it's not doing it today, but it doesn't inspire confidence. It feels like a beta.

Icons are still ugly!

I'm really happy with iOS 7 so far except the icons. Apple got so much flak over those when the beta came out - I'm really surprised that they didn't try to clean them up a bit.

People will get used to it, and it'll be the norm. I actually like the new icons from Kindle, Evernote, Airport Utility, Apple Store, etc. Hopefully this time around everyone can hop on the same train icon wise.

It's lighter at the top and darker at the bottom. A subtle transition/gradient. Your complaints are actually improvements they made to the UI. :D

I have a faux-lighting cable hoocked into my computer for charging at work. Everytime i plug it in the phone reminds me the cable might not work with this phone (it works fine) and i need to make a choise if i trust this computer or not - every single time.

Annoying.

I don't care about anything but the FREAKING bright light is driving me

CrAZy :D

No seriously, they need to fix this.

Balance Scale

Also i feel the calendar is overly minimalistic and bright.

As my mother used to sing . . "You can't everything. Be satisfied with the little you may get."

Seriously, I understand what you're saying. I'm not crazy about the calendar either ;) But, all things considered the positives (of IOS 7) outweigh any negatives for me #

Sure - but this thread is about the things we hate, not about comparing pros and cons :) In general, i love the ios7.

Fire the bloody stupid designer of this crap, iOS7. Every thing is to hate on this interface: flat look, bimbo colors, rolodex style multitasking, missing buttons just text and all the rest...

they didn't think the rotated view through.

Music from my library on iPad iOS 6 that would play suddenly my iPad thinks that I am trying to create a genius list and will not play with iOS7.

There are few more mysteries, but if I can solve these 2 I will be happy for a while.

Summoning the control panel takes several swipes on my phone. Not sure why. I'm keeping my flashlight app because it's quicker than swiping up eight+ times.
Also took me a few tries to figure it out. Turns out you have to swipe from the edge of the screen, and not just above it. To learn to do it correctly, start the slide from just outside of the screen.
