What is weird about the whole thing is 9To5Mac talks about it being 2018 iPad Pro can't have it named 2018 iPad Pro if its coming out in 2019..really wish they would say WHEN its coming out besides having the specs

I personally dont believe a word you say and ill tell you why. Your just talking in circles with very vauge infomation with abosolutly nothing to back it up. The very fact that we just got more detail about the new ipad from other sites with proven track records indicate that a product launch is near.
Ive been follwing mac rumors for years now and i have never once seen this much detailed info on a product months before its about to be released (in terms of specs and the like).
Lets think about this logically. Theres multiple bits of infomation from reliable sources saying one thing and here you come along just random joe on a fourm with the very vaguest of info saying otherwise and you realistically expect us to believe you because u somehow got inside info and ur newest piece of backed up info is that your source is a SHE.

I could say im tim cooks brother and i know all about the new stuff and be totally correct but without proof no sane rational person will believe me not should they unless i can back it up with more then just a gender of a source.

Did your source say when she thought the event would ultimately be? You mentioned in your original post that it might not be November either, which would surely mean a 2019 release and all the rumours are pointing to this year.
I still think next Thursday is likely. Pre orders alongside the XR. Invites tomorrow. All very well saying Apple have never put out invites on a Thursday etc. etc. but in the end this is Apple; incredibly unpredictable at best.
Looking back, for their first four October events (2010-13 inclusive), the invites went out a week prior (Wednesday for 2010 and then Tuesday for the succeeding three years).
Not really. I asked because I was unsure about buying a 10.5. She said she heard that new ipads are not imminent. However, I’m still waiting 😀

In my view, 'imminent' is any time from now to the end of October. I couldn't see Apple releasing them in November; it's too close to Christmas. And we are very sure it will be this year, so that rules out 2019.
Let's hope she's therefore wrong!

This is a typical deflective and defensive response from someone who just got caught ********ting. If you really want to have some credibility not only here but overall in life then learn to own up to things and not spin the ball the other way. "who cares" and "get a life guys" lowers your IQ so much that you immediately lost credibility just on those 2 comments.
So, take this as a lesson on how to improve your behavior and apply it in everyday life. Trust me, you will be much better off regardless of a topic
