I think I'm gonna spring for the white model this year. It's always the least "boring" Pro color since it's a much lighter, eye-catching shade.

How about shade of Purple again. The Deep Purple 14 PM has been my favorite color Apple has done. Or some kind of green, those are always awesome. Seem to get a bit of a richer color with green on the Pros.

I usually put my phones in thin clear cases so I can see the device color itself, but if I decide to upgrade my 13 Pro this fall and the only options are multiple shades of gray then I guess I'll need to look for a case with a fun color instead.

I have wanted a bronze or copper color phone for many years. I am not getting a phone until the 17 Pro so I hope one of those colors is available next year.

I also really want a burnt orange, as well as the darker red like the 8Plus had.

Isn't this the same "Pro" rumor we get every year? Bronze, Copper, Reddish metal...maybe this year it'll actually happen.

One more thing! There were only boring colours in the Pro lineup, so we decided to add a brand new much more boring colour!

Boring colours just like new cars, 50 shades of grey.
As far as the iPhone Pros are concerned, you’re right. But it doesn’t matter for anyone who puts their phone in a case. On the other hand, the 16 Base and Plus appear to be coming in garishly bright colors.

I can deal with this color. Bronze Titanium.

The natural titanium of the 15 Pro can barely be called gray and is already very close to tipping the scales to a bronze color in any lighting condition other than bright commercial 5000K white. Adding another bronze color to those options isn't going to make much of a difference.

How well does the Titanium hold its colour, and how bad are scratches on it? I always opt for silver Macs because the scratches show up so much on the coloured ones, but that's Aluminium.

The natural metal color is always going to hold up better to scratches than any colored version, no matter what metal it's made out of. Any process to color metal will always be prone to scratching and revealing the natural color underneath (unless they find a way to embed the color completely within the molten metal).

So many shades of gray. How about including some actual colour?
Because then people would complain that the Pro line phones look cheap and toy-ish.... The point is people will always complain no matter what.

a new iPhone 16 Pro Max color resembles a "bronze hue," while the surrounding frame has a titanium-like appearance. Earlier this month, another Chinese leaker suggested that the color code for the new iPhone 16 Pro color is simply "Rose," not the previous "Rose Gold" color
So... Rose Bronze? It doesn't have the same ring to it. :p
