Got a 6 Plus. Had one blue screen and reboot. Other than that, no other issues. Traded it for 6 because of size.

The 6 was bent slightly near the volume buttons. It was bent right out of the box.

Swapped it under warranty at the Apple Store. The new 6 is perfect so far.

So I'm either 1 out of 3 or 2 out of three depending on whether you count the blue screen and reboot as a defect/issue or not. It only happened once in the 4 days I had the phone.

Either that or I've been unlucky so far. What a shame as the last one was perfect except the broken mute button :(

It's a bit of a hit and miss but my experience has been good so far, been buying Apple products for over a decade, the most trouble I had was with iPhone 5 which I exchanged twice, one for cosmetic issues the other for broken home button. Otherwise, the others were perfect out of box.

I think of paying their premium price not only for the products but for also their services, i.e. warranty, exchange, etc, I even got a replacement screw from them once because they designed their own.

Which is why I don't recommend Apple products for those who don't have easy access to an Apple store (but still buy them anyway because they become some sort of status symbol).
