Hi all, a little bit out of topic here. I feel that the back of the 6s plus is not 100% flat. I mean I can feel the inconsistency in flatness without a case. A little bump from below the apple logo...anyone notice this? The bottom part of the phone seems thinner. Weird...Use your fingers to feel it

There's a bigger bump where the camera pokes out !

Hello! I have the same problem with my 6s. It pops when I apply some pressure in the middle of the back side. I also have a glass screen protection and an Apple silicon case.

Hello! I got a replacement for my phone a few days ago and the new one does the same thing....I believe that most of them do...I exchanged the phone cover to a hardback one.

Hello.
When i 3D touch with a bit more pressure than usual the screen makes a strange noise. It happens only when i don't use my phone for lets say 15 minutes and when i tap on the rear part of my phone near apple logo sth inside the phone makes a noise like it is vibrating. Another thing, when i shake the phone the same thing starts to make a noise which is hard to hear.
There is no problem with the functionality of the screen but just wonder where the noise is coming from. Also i tested the same thing on a 5s and the rear part was making noise as well. I think sth underneath the apple logo is causing so.
Any idea ? Does it need to be checked by a genius bar ?

Go see other 6s Pluses as the Apple Store and test them, if they do the same thing you are describing, your phone is ok, if not, go to the genius bar

Ya, mine only pops when I directly press the back, which honestly isn't an intended use pattern. However, it will do it almost every time I pick up the phone and this is annoying as hell, given the marketing hype for Apple engineering and the very high cost of the device. Just doesn't feel as solid as it should.

Since it sounds like it is nearly impossible to get a phone that won't "pop" on the back now, I'm inclined to wait a few months to try another replacement, refurbished or not.

Edit: also, DieterV, how have you gone about getting your replacements? Phone or store?

No. It is not normal. Go and exchange it.
