New iPhone models video (hands on). What do you think?

Saw this video from today where all of the models for the new iPhones in their different colors were shown.

I hate to say it but.... the iPhone 8 models with the white bezels don't look all that great to me, which is really disappointing. I kinda like the way the glass wraps around the sides of the Galaxy S8 better. The black model looks nice and seamless though.

What do you guys think?

Honestly, I was already watching this on youtube when you posted it. At this point, we can get pretty close. I don't think it is going to be 100% but this is a good picture of what we will have in the fall!

I really don't think that we're going to see the ugly white bezel model and we've gotten some reports that Apple will drop it entirely. The white bezel model highlights the top cutout too much and doesn't seem like something that Apple would do.

New Copper Gold [OR Blush Gold] looks pretty to me. I am definitely bidding on one. Hoping it comes with Black Front. The white front with that cutout looks hideous.

I like the look of the copper back as well. And the nice gold trim that the model in the video has around the edge of the phone and the camera cutout. But if it comes with white bezels, it'll be pretty off-putting. It looks better in your image with a completely black front.

Think I'd be tempted to order this colour, if it is indeed released. Looks quite nice and makes a change from the usual black & silver models I alternate.

Although I might have to start a thread on here first, to make sure people don't think it's too girly and off putting to women....

The only trouble with a new colour is they usually sell out first. At least that's what I found with the 5S in gold and then 7+ in jet black.

Looks wise it's not really got the wow factor IMO. It reminds me a little of a HTC I used to own. I'm expecting the real surprises is what it can do. I'm surprised Apple didn't put a bit more effort into the exterior though if that is indeed an accurate representation.

The whole white bezel going around the phone reminds me of something out of the 1950s. Awful.

Yeah, if this is a phone I own in the future I will want to limit the appearance of that lump as much as possible. I quite like white faced iPhones as I've owned 2 in the past but I don't think it suits the 8.

Are you referring to the camera bump? That doesn't bother me at all. I just like the solid look of the all-black iPhone.

we always need like 47 "official" threads started on pre-orders and tracking their every move from china to their front door. sorry got off track. i actually like the color if it comes with a black front...heck they all need to have a black front.
