Now that would be great. If they can sell the ease of use of iLife in a 30 second ad, it would be impressive.

An early indication of other changes to come in the next few weeks?

both ads are great!rickvanr said:I just thought I'd add;
I saw an add for a jazz band, which is new to itunes. It was done in the silhouette style, and it was new to me.
EDIT::it is 'iTunes + iPod TV Ad featuring Wynton Marsalis'

Good job. How many frames per CD?MrManFitz said:I had my own idea for an iPod commercial a year or so ago when I was ripping my CD's into iTunes. I took a picture of every CD I ripped and imported it into this video. I think it turned out pretty good. What do you think?
What's in your pocket? (video)
Cheers!

MrManFitz said:Taking the pictures didn't take long. Once I got the framing and lighting to be sufficient, it took about 20 minutes to get through aprox. 250 CD's.
The work went into importing all those single frames into iMovie and then performing edits to those frames in bulk (on a 400MHz G4). I got the pace of it pretty close to how I wanted it. I think each album cover gets about .5 seconds of screen time.
Thanks for the comments.

I don't mean to come off as disappointed, but I do love it when the crazy interpretations start getting 6 and 7 pages deep. I suppose I'll have to settle with 4 pages of "wow, cool ad."
