New iPod Games at Macworld San Francisco?

It's a shame Apple is being so closed with the iPod games.... it seems like based on some comments here more games are of great interest.

This is a shame. Games could really help expand the capabilities of the iPod. I hope Apple opens up to developers soon.

If/when a full-screen video iPod materializes, it could really open up possibilities for gaming.

I'd be interested in this as well. This can't be a money-making industry for Apple, the games are simply not that compelling. I can't understand why they wouldn't just open this up and let the 3rd parties make whatever games they want. Heck, Apple could even force them to resell through iTunes and take a $0.25 cut per game. It can't be the enormous sums of money Apple would lose by not controlling the whole games on iPod market if they did that.
 
SNOOD!!! God I love that game(would play it for hours at my friends house)

To bad its only a rumor(one that looks fake for now)
 
The Canadian store shows 2 new games available for purchase, Sudoku and Solitaire.

This seemed the appropriate place to mention this.
