    Hello,
I have a New MacPro ( 2014) running Yosemite also the D300 Video units. I mostly run PhotoShop CC 2015 and LR CC 2015.

I have been running the programs from the NMP's internal SSD but I also run all data from External CalDigit ThunderBolt 2 T3 RAID 1 external drives.

I was wondering if anyone here had already updated to El Capitan and if so what problems, if any, have you encountered? If none... have you seen any increase in performance?

    Thanks.

I would wait for 10.11.2. Even the 10.11.1 beta still has a lot of issues.

I upgraded and am not happy, I did.

My nMP seems pretty good except that USB Sneaker Drives keep disappearing. Pretty evident that the mucking about with USB getting ready for TB3/USB-C has made a mess of USB support.
