Has anyone ordered through a reseller and received theirs yet?

Mine was ordered through a local reseller early feb and he beloved it is still at least a week away.

2.93ghz no other bumps. Glossy. No pre-installs, hardware or AppleCare.

Any ideas?

Me, i mean my MBP is coming from a reseller. Apple have said up to 10 working days as of yesterday for my MBP.
 
Prep'd for Ship

WOOT, just went to Prepared for shipment at exactly 8:00pm central time, finally. Matte, 7200rpm hd, rest stock, ordered February 1st. I was getting so sick of seeing "Not yet Shipped" every 15 minutes. 😉

Since I work at the place where i'm getting my MBP (comes with a massive discount 😛) I get updates as soon as they get them, but that's all I know as of now. So... I'm guessing next week will be when I get mine.

Yeah. My guys giving it to me at his cost ($4400 before tax) plus im doing a salary sacrifice through work... which saves me over $1500 in tax!!

I'm really getting this baby for less than $3K... YEWWWW.

But I want it NOW!!!

I think i will be close, mine's is costing me AUS$4250 including tax and with our governments spending splurge I'll get $600 for every $2000 I spend on computer equipment and then I get the depreciation of the MBP out my tax... So it's more like it going to be in the same ball park <3k!

What country are u from BlueJayLouchE if you don't mind me asking??

Everyone will get it Australia. As long it is for business use (I'm a freelance Graphic designer, so it's for work 😀). The $600 is part of that Stimulus package where you get $950 pocket money for workers ($900 now since the liberals voiced their opinions and that $50 is going towards the Murray downs project or something like that). But i doubt that you'll get the $600 because you are doing the salary sacrificing.

But then again the package hasn't fully been approved (listening to ABC radio now which states this in its news bulletin. What timing!)
 
Never thought I'd be back on this thread. 🙁

I am just sending back my brand new 17" Uni. It has a bad video card. :-/ Apple is replacing it with a brand new one and I got them to upgrade me to the 2.93GHz proccessor but I am just getting in line again... As of 25 FEB. Hopefully it won't take too long this time.

Are they upgrading you for free?

edit: Was this the flickering (green) pixel issue already noted in this thread?

Hmm the times do not make sense! 21:41 has not even taken place yet! when I looked at the above it was only 14:22 in China! Where is the time being taken from???!

I'm not sure, it's local time, but the times don't make sense.
I hope that we receive it on, or before saturday..

Hello Yorick, done further digging around, the MBP's were dispatched using "USP Saver", which according to the UPS website says 2 working days to Europe - so it may be here on Fri! Now that would be great - the whole weekend to play on it!

The US apple site shows that it has been shipped via UPS ireland and should arrive 27-02 🙂

Well, my anti-glare order has been shipped (ordered on Feb. 1st). Coming to the east coast of the United States and it says it should be here by March 2nd. Hopefully it'll be sooner.
