Your video really doesn't prove anything. If you stay on one tab for a couple of minutes, it will reload. When you switch you are switching tabs 10 times in 30 seconds, hardly real world use. :)

Once the webpage is loaded, it doesn't change its memory footprint over a few minutes. There isn't any technical reason for that.
In my videos I let the webpages to fully load, and demonstrated it by scroll them, then switched between them.

This is for minutes, and nothing changed: still no reloads.
Twist it anyway you like, but the only videos that count for you are the one that demonstrated Apple's faults.
What do you need me to do for the next test? IPad web browsing under the shower until I experience reloads?
