Those cases look awesome. Specially the one that has like a Frost White see through color for my white iPhone. Mainly I'm waiting for their screen protectors. Nothing beats them, not even SGP ones.

Hmm Black or Clear Black..decisions decisions, **** doesn't drop until November so I guess I'll have plenty of time to consider.

Those cases look so sleek...my iphone doesn't arrive until the end of October so hopefully these cases (and PS screens) are released soon after!

Damn! The solid black one looks perfect. I might just have to get this if my other cases don't pan out. By the looks of the Power Support, I'm hoping they don't.

Damn, the matt black version is the best looking case I've found in my recent search. I already have the Incipio Feather for iPhone 5 (still have to wait another 3-4 weeks for my phone though!) - but I'm not 100% satisfied with it's design.

I've emailed Power Support Japan to see if they will ship to me (in New Zealand).

I believe these cases will also be available here. PS happens to be minutes from my office and they told me air jackets will follow shortly after the films, which is due end of October.

Had an air jacket for my iphone4! looks great with not much added thickeness. i do wish there was more lip protection to help on the laydown of the screen.

A screen protector will be enough for the screen. I had the Air Jacket on my 4S and it has protected the phone immensely well. One time, I dropped it from almost chest height where it proceeded to land on my bathroom tiled floor, bounce off of it and hit the wooden frame around the door and finally land on my bathroom floor. I thought my phone would've been, for sure, destroyed, but surprisingly when I picked it up no damage to the phone at all. The case had a small crack in the corner but nothing serious, and I was able to keep using it just fine. After a year, my 4S has been sent to Amazon Trade-in in 'Like New' condition, but I still have my case - not that I can use it on my 5.

This is a nearly perfect case except it looks like the front glossy chamfered edge of the iPhone 5 isn't protected? That seems to be the most vulnerable part of the phone (most prone to scuffs/knicks/discoloration.) Not sure if I want to replace my Diztronic with this if that's the case, which is a shame because this Power Support product is the sleekest i've come across so far.

I always have problems with my SE215 and thicker cases, quite nice to see it mentioned by name in their examples.

What material is this made out of? Seems like it's a hard plastic, but then how do you snap it on and still cover every single side? Wouldn't have to be some sort of TPU?

Ordered it, Will post pictures and such when i recieve it (could take bit longer then normal)

Had the Air Jacket for my 4s, and while it was a nice thin case, it did have issues:

1) The bottom and top weren't protected, which caused the corners of the case to crack and disintegrate. This iP5 version looks to solve that issue.

2) The case became loose and "creaked" after a while, more noticeably when the phone was warm after prolonged use or charging. Also after removing to clean the phone of lint/dust buildup between case and phone.

3) Got annoying "oil slick" effect on the back after a while where the case came in contact with the back of the phone.

However, I think the all-round protection of this version may solve some of those issues.

Please post pics when you do. What color did you get?

black, i think that one looks the sleekest for the black model. Like as said on above, with the clear one i'm afraid you'll get those 'oil look' behind the bezel and the case. (Which i noticed on the youtube video's from the iphone 4s version).

From the pictures, I actually think the chamfered edges are protected. It obvious from the pictures that case "grabs onto" the sides and the picture linked below seems to show the case goes up to height of the screen.

Since this type of case is typically one that other companies make that don't protect the top and bottom (for ease of taking on and off), my worry is just that the there's a chance of scuffing the phone when taking it on and off. But knowing Power Support, I'm sure they'll make it right.

Can't wait for this case!!

It's hard to tell from the images but I hope you're right. I just wish the lip went a little deeper because it also looks like dust/dirt can creep into the crevices where the edge stops:

I guess we'll know for sure when the actual cases are in the wild. I agree that the rubber black looks the best for the black iPhone.

Apparently Power Support is also selling a silicone case with a substantial lip but the bottom front area that covers the home button is a deal breaker for me.

The uncovered top and bottom on the iP 4 was never an issue because the stainless steel band is a lot lot more durable than the iP 5.

My PS on my 4 is still going strong after multiple drops and still fit snugly. Some cracks on the edges and a lot of scratches though

I had the same experience with the PS case on my 4S. Exposed top and bottom stainless steel held up great in the year I had it. But very worried about any case that exposes the "soft" aluminum of the 5.

Out in Japan

Just picked this up from Yodabashi in Japan. Looks like it's out a day early. What pictures did you guys want that is different from the website pictures?
