New Scroll Ad Breaks Site Usability

There is some new style of ad on MacRumors that you have to scroll through to keep seeing content (something about a washing machine). When I use Safari on an iPhone to browse the site this ad pops up and won’t disappear — it completely takes over the site on the screen and MacRumors is 100% unusable no matter how much I scroll. This site used to be great but this ad prohibiting all site functionality is completely unacceptable. I don’t believe I’m the only person this is happening to because I’m using Apple default products.

Totally agree with the OP. These varying sized ads make reading the forums a real pain.
