They broke up and got back together in the same episode ("Good Grief", the fourth episode of Season 2), unless there's some other time that I've forgotten. They broke up because Ann thought that Michael was interfering too much with their relationship. Michael invited her to George Sr.'s wake (not realizing that they'd broken up) and George Michael and Ann got back together there.rickvanr said:A question, maybe I missed it, but when did George Michael and Anne get back together? Or did it just happen?

Oh, OK, I remember George Michael and Maeby kissing near the end of that episode but am not remembering that he broke up with Ann.rickvanr said:Yeah, and they were together during all of season two, but then they broke up with her at the end of season two when GM and Maeby kissed.

Haha... The Godzilla scene had me laughing all over. Especially with George Michael looking the "ultra-man"...Onizuka said:Last night's 2 episodes were absolutely hilarious. The movie references (like Godzilla and Pretty Woman) were fantastic. And GOB...that guy...so damn funny. "I'm gonna put her crown ontop of my head, if you know what I'm saying." ROFLMFAO.
This is the best damn show ever!
ANYONG!

I thought both episodes were great, although I'll be glad when they wrap up the "For British Eyes Only" story line. I'm a fan of Dave Thomas from way back in his SCTV days, and Charlize Theron's a cutie, but that story line just isn't working at all for me.

I loved the godzilla sequence too - oh, and the 'chicken' impersonations at the start of series 3 were hilarious too (not sure which ep)![]()

I was also thinking it would fit in well with some of NBC's comedies, but I can't imagine they'll pick the show up due to its low ratings. I'm guessing HBO would be the best bet right now. I might have to consider subscribing to HBO if they do pick up AD.MattG said:Hopefully someone else will pick it up. This show would go great on NBC along with its other non-laugh-track comedies (i.e. "The Office" or "My Name is Earl"). That or HBO...I think anyone who appreciates shows like "Curb" or "Extras" would probably like AD.

WTF?This is BS. This is the best show on TV, period. It's well-thought out, executed well, and their cutting it? And what's with people NOT watching? Do people NOT know what a good show is any more? People wanna just watch crap like Joey and WB edited re-runs of Sex & the City? GAH! It's time to go Jihad on Fox, and non-watchers alike!

I agree with you that the production costs probably put it outside of the USA Network's price range. I also agree that FOX didn't do enough to promote the show. I admittedly don't watch a lot of other shows on FOX (other than "House"), but I just never see commercials for AD. It was very much a word-of-mouth thing that drew me in to the show.msbsound said:I think it would fit more into a USA network kinda thing, but I doubt they have the budget for it. I can't believe the show never got ratings. Fox itself I believe is to blame for that.
