Thanks for these but I can't get them to sync to my iPhone 5 on iOS 7 beta 5 and Mavericks DP5 on my MBP. It keeps saying it lost connection with my iPhone, I rebooted both devices and used different cables and usb ports but nothing.

is it a known bug?

Worked fine for me (I'm on a PC though)

Can't wait to try these. Wish the iPhone recognized M4R as a file it could open and install directly without an iTunes sync.

I know how to put tones on my phone I'm having an issue syncing and I thing it's a bug with the beta but I wasn't sure so that's why I asked.

From my iPhone I was able to click download, and it opened up right there in the browser and played.

Old ones don't need to be REPLACED but more is welcomed. These are pretty good, thanks for taking the time to make them.

What does need to be REPLACED is the lock sound! When you press press the lock button in iOS 6 the phone's screen turns of quickly but in iOS 7 it fades out so the locking sound is inconsistent. It drove me nuts! Apple needs to make it more harmonic.

I thought they killed off the locking sound in iOS 7? I remember reading it in a blog.. I rather not have a sound when locking, which is why I turn it off on iOS 6.

Apple has created a whole new look for iOS 7, but they haven't created new sounds to replace the old ones (at least not yet). I think there should be some new sounds for the new operating system, so I created some with Logic Pro X. They are simpler, shorter, and more modern and fitting of the operating system. I hope you enjoy them.

Since we DO now have the ability to make our own and add them, I don't think it's Apple's responsibility to add more alerts/ringtones.

However, I love what both of you have posted and I thank you. I will be using several of them from both of you.

Currently Beta 5 seems to have no unlock sounds. However, it still has a lock sound. This does not mean it will stay that way.

You can download them through Dropbox below. Once they are downloaded, just open them with iTunes, and they should import into your Tones library. Then, just sync your iDevice with iTunes and you should have the new tones available to select in Settings. Let me know if it doesn't work. Note: There is a bug with Mavericks DP5 that may prevent you from syncing your phone.

You can preview the sounds by going to the links on your iPhone and clicking download. It will play inside of the browser.
