New Trackpad MBP 2016 15" - Can't Drag and Drop & Weird Clicking Noise!

Anyone know how to remove the 1 second delay when releasing your finger after dragging when "Without Drag Lock" is enabled in the accessibility settings?

Under system preference / accessibility / mouse & trackpad, unblock "Spring-loading delay". Mac after Steve Job is worse than a PC… What are these people thinking?

Yes! It clicks. It previews. But can't drag and drop!

Turning off "Force Click and haptic feedback" might help. I found with this on that most of the time I'd try to drag I'd instead force click. Turning this off solved the problem for me.

I mentioned this drag and drop issues on my new MacBook Air M1. I also found issues in Mail app with clicking on move buttons.
Turning off "Force Click and haptic feedback" solved it. But this solution is bad, because I loose this trackpad features.
