Everyday use just "naked" :)

But for use at the gym — watch some videos on the treadmill — I got a Belkin Clear Case… just to protect against the inevitable falls.

Also got a Griffin headphone adaptor to fit my ER-6i headphones…

just back from the apple store, i couldn't dedcide on a case but will have another look tomorrow but i bought the Artwizz Scratch stopper, takes seconds to put on and you get 4 for £10.

I don't have an iPhone... yet, but when I do get one (maybe Christmas), I think I will just go with a grey iPod sock. That means that it is protected in my pocket, but when I'm using it, it will be as Apple intended it to be.

Unfortunately, neither of these is available on the UK Apple Store. :(

Skunk, the crystal films are on there and in the physical apple stores - I bought one on Friday.

Apart from that I've got an Incase folio for carrying it when I'm at work, the rest of the time it's currently in my wife's Motorola Razr fabric sleeve when in my pocket/lying around. I'll probably get fed up using that soon and just leave it without a case. :)

I bought this at CPW - so far I think its good, it looks great haven't used the clip, not too bulky, so far its doing its job quite well.

Naked. The screen is not going to scratch with regular use.

accidents happen. this summer, a friend set his paintball gun on top of my phone, scratching the front surface. fortunately, it was only the plastic shield i had on that got scratched. whether the phone would have scratched without the shield i can't say, but i'm glad i had it. and yeah, it was my fault my phone was in that situation in the first place, but still. accidents happen.

i'm not a UKer. but i've had my phone for 3+ months now, and i've found the shield to be plenty. anything more would be too much in my pocket. others might disagree.

Power Support Crystal Film screen protector for the front and BestSkinsEver for the rest of it, both put on expertly this evening by my 13 year old son who has a very steady hand and excellent eyesight.

Looks perfect, and is now scratch-proof. I'm delighted! :)

Where can you get these in the UK?

Where can you get these in the UK?

I actually got mine directly from the manufactirers in the USA by ordering online. They only took a few days to arrive and the postage for the Power Support was free. I think that you may be able to get the Power Support at Apple stores now. Highly recommended!

Posted from my iPhone.

naked at the moment and handled carefully, i have the O2 insurance so makes me a feel more liberated in use of the phone, cos if it goes pearshaped i make a claim.

Just to show you how hard my phones are used, here is a pic ( taken with iphone,,,lol) of my previous Nokia 6300 which i managed to drop into a bonfire last week.. luckily the back cover was the bit that fell in and remained for about 5 mins in the fire and the amin body only fell in for about 5 secs as i managed to hit it off with a stick as you can see from the burnt buttons, Still works a treat though...lol new case and that'll be on ebay good as new...lol

I am going naked until I can find a case that doesn't detract from the asthetics of the phone. However I'm in no hurry to find that case.

the contour showcase is the best case that ive used so far and it does not take away from the beauty of the iPhone. i love it! the pics here dont do it justice. it looks and feels great and holds up to drops. the best part about it is the clear back so that you can still see that its an iPhone. oh and of course the power support crystal film on the screen

I bought the marware ceo sleeve. Its only £14.99

its good quality and doesn't hold the phone super-tight like some cases.

it also comes with a screen cloth and a screen protector (which O2 didn't tell me, so some folk spent 7.99 on the screen protector as well).

When I use the iphone i like it to be naked. also naked on my desk when i am working. when transporting it I like it to be covered as much as possible but easily extractable if I get a phone call. this case gives me that.

only thing is you don't want to hold it upside down as it could slide out (there is no clip)

I bought the InvisibleSHIELD. The front piece went on fine, the rear was a real b*tch to get on (the corners especially). In the end, I ditched it so running naked at the moment.

There have been reports of some of the harder cases scratching the phone's casing. I might eventually settle for the iSkin Revo and leave the plastic screen case off.

Only thing I'm concerned about is by applying these cases or skins whether it retains the heat the iPhone gives off during heavy use (eg WiFi) and whether this affects it over time ???

Naked but waiting for an Vaja iVolution Top SP I ordered a week before launch... wondering if I should have saved the cash and stayed naked, too late now though!
