New Update Definitely Fixed GPS

There are just too many variables that can affect the GPS signal to know whether 2.0.2 made any difference. The GPS for me was pretty fast under 2.0.1 and even 2.0 as I recall.

I am inside my house and it took around 6 seconds for it to mark my exact location. In fact looking at the Satellite view the little blue ball is just outside the window where I am at now. Like 12 feet from where I am sitting with my phone. I am kinda scared to look out the window actually... The blue ball might be out there!

What's up with all of the houses on your block looking the same ?

mine is taking awhile, almost half hour now and GPS still not pinpointing me exactly, just my whole downtown san diego area. Maybe because due to my signal? I'm on 3G but only getting 3 bars signal on AT&T.

Restart your phone.

Mine is locating me much quicker and more precisely. I've also noticed better battery life.

I have had no problems at all with GPS, although I agree with the OP that it seems a bit faster locating, after the update.
