New Update Knocked out my phone. Please help

Just updated to most current Iphone 4 OS (4.02?). As it finished loading, my iPhone screen shows the symbol of a USB cable connecting to itunes. iTunes will not recognize the phone and I can't get the phone to work. Please help.

Make sure you are on the latest version of iTunes... and restart your Mac/PC. Solves 90% of the problems 90% of the time.
