Does anybody know if this is the final UI that will be released. Honestly I think it looks a little tacky.

I mean, I am not a huge fan of complete minimalism, and I think people have gotten over Microsoft's Metroy UI and seen through the ******** and realize now how useless Windows 8 is overall, but it seems like Apple jumped on the Metro-minimalism bandwagon about a year late and is repeating the same mistake, making the UI too stark and boring. Honestly its more the fact I can't stand UI that is black lines or circles on a white background.

Not saying everything has to be glossy and glassy and chromey, but I mean Jonny Ives was behind this and iOS 7 actually quite disappointing.

Also having things swoop in from every edge is also a design trend created by Microsoft that Apple is ripping off, but if I am holding an iPad (and the fact they are narrowing the bezel) and my thumb nudges a side, its really annoying to have something swoop in unexpectedly.

All I have to say is its disappointing that Apple is only cloning other innovations other platforms have already done. Sure they put their own twist on it, but they really haven't come up with a new exciting way to interact with a mobile OS. Not sure iOS 7 is going to do much for them once the initial hype is over, I think people will get bored with it pretty quickly.

When you get hold of an iPad running iOS 7, let us know.

I still hate when the 2x option on the iPad BLOWS UP the non-retina version to such an ugly proportion when they can use the freaking high quality retina graphics.

Oh you mean Android copy 7 (don't get me wrong, iOS used to be different, but this is very android, it is holo themed, the android style), its just stupid, well I guess the best artist steal, don't they. -.- Give iOS6 back.
