i've been in a rut the last few weeks. traffic ticket, truck not passing inspection, month late on licensing it. the DMV is going to bend me over. I hate them so much. Only business i know where its ok to be rude to customers.

Every passing minute is a chance to turn it all around. So every passing year should be too! It's a new year. I know the New Year's Resolutions thing is lame, but just think about what you WILL be doing this year, even if you don't think it's anything to look forward to, and think about how you can make it better, or be more proactive, more productive, more social, amiable, friendly, giving, generous, welcoming, or how you can take advantage of the situation. It's all about staying positive and giving thanks to people in random ways. Eventually it pays off. Reciprocity.

That's very insightful, especially considering the signature of the source.

I have been medically depressed before, theres a difference in feeling down and actual depressed. You can say depressed as feeling down but I suppose some people may actually feel you mean medically/clinically depresed. Whatever the situation, I do hope you ar feeling more brighter about things soon.

I do understand what the OP is saying. I felt that way too. To me, I get that Sunday feeling. I used to feel that way on Sundays too. The Sunday feeling was a mixture of absolute boredom and 'darn, end of the week. I've got to go back to school/work again tomorrow'
