Call quality is fantastic. You just double tap one of the buds to answer and again to hang up. I've not had any trouble hearing people and no one has ever told me that they can't hear me. It would be nice if the ear buds, after quieting the music, told you who was calling so you could decide to answer or not, but that might be a future feature.

I've not seen any lag in Netflix or YouTube on the phone, I've no videos stored locally on the TV app so I can't say if there is audio lag on locally stored videos.

The shape of my ears don't give me any trouble wearing the buds so when I put them in, i usually forget they are even there.

I can't recommend them enough. As someone who waited patiently for years for true wireless buds, these are awesome.
I’m kind of torn at this point.

I bought the AirPods for my daughter for her birthday and she’s not crazy about them and asked me to return them. So I figured that I’d try them first to see if I might like them better than the Jabras.

I used the AirPods on my walk today and ended only using them half way through. I like how the Jabras fit reduces the outside noise. Also, like that the Jabras have lots of controls right on the buds so I don’t have to pull off my gloves and pull out my phone to change the volume, take a second call, etc. The Jabras do announce the incoming call.

I only have 2 gripes about the Jabras:

Case is not up to par - doesn’t have magnets like all the rest do - minor and not a deal breaker.

YouTube - audio/video is not quite in sync. Other videos apps are fine except YouTube is off just a tad. Man, I wish they would fix this.

The other thing about the Jabras is the reviews that say they have problems after a month or two and it’s really difficult to get Jabra to stand by their warranty. Mine work fine now. Just keep my fingers crossed that they continue to work.

After trying the AirPods, I think I’ll stick with the Jabras.
