lol @ holograms. I still remember this 1 hologram game from like 1981 that was in the arcades. I dont remember it much since it sucked but looking at it from a technology standpoint it was impressive for the time. it never took off though. its suckness must have caught on.

Apple's close ties with Disney are skewing Apple's thinking, which doesn't take much these days.

3D.. are you kidding?

"Oh Wow Look Ma... isn't Mickey Cute in 3D"

I'll never buy a 3D iPad NEVER!

I don't care how flippin good it may be.

3D reeks of trashy fads, and all that's wrong with it.

What the HELL is happening to Apple these days?

On one hand they're doing a great job at making tons of cash, on the other they are abandoning those who have stuck with them from the beginning.

At no time did they ever let on that their Mentors are Fisher Price, Toys R US, and WalMart.

Imagine the two year olds that will squeal with delight when mommy shows them her 3D iPad.

Oh PUKE

It's true that Time Traveler wasn't much of a game, but the holographic technology was pretty impressive for 1991. I haven't kept up on it, but I haven't really seen anything to compare in the intervening twenty years. I certainly hoped for this technology to have advanced by now.

I almost purchased a 3D T.V. the other day. The picture was beautiful. The images were in your face. This is definitely coming into popularity soon. There are t.v. shows in 3D already, although not many. The good thing about this t.v. is you can also view it with a regular picture. You have a choice. Can't get any better than that!
