Next iPhone Update with International Keyboards, iTunes WiFi

man, the icons are all wrong. For some odd reason you have 2 calculator icons which the main one isn't even correct. If you really wanted to look cool you should have atleast gotten a good image to use for your photoshop. Search engadget to see what the screen will actually look like after the udpate...

Also, I might add the fact that you did not have this second calculator icon in the first photo you published here. It's funny how it popped up all of a sudden.
Why should I believe someone who has posted a fake image? If you are so certain of this release date please prove it.
I think it's really up to you to prove that it's real and you have yet to do that. Why would you paste an image of the wifi itunes icon and a calculator icon over an image of your iPhone locked and showing the wallpaper? I definitely thought this was very odd.

I wondered about these updates since I'm in the market for an iPod touch and it has keyboard input for Japanese, Korean, and a number of other languages.
I wondered how the iPhone would display my song information correctly, if it could only handle English.

I have several songs on my iPhone with Japanese characters, they display fine and have ever since I got the phone. So you'd be fine. You just can't--at the moment--TYPE in Japanese.
What is the deal of the new Update.
Wi-Fi iTunes, Int KeyB, Prefe to the home Scre, an turn on or off edge.
No man people we need... We Need ( Flash, iChat, a way to take Video, send Pic, and more.
One more thing...
APPLE WI-FI iTunes this tell sonthing. The Apple TV is wi-fi. So maybe they are waiting to release the wi fi itune for everyone in the same day.

There is a plethora of reviews on it already. Also, many people have posted their own reviews to it on this forum and they all say that wifi iTunes is working flawlessly.
I'm sick of it, too. And despite my argument I don't like the entitlement issue on either side, either, chiefly because it's virtually insoluble/ Which, if either, party is most entitled? Mainly I just want the update as you do. And I'm becoming annoyed with both the Apple and unlocker side of the issue.
I just want the freaking update, because it appears absolutely ready to go, touch owners already have a big feature from it, and it is highly unusual for Apple to show off to the press any kind of pre-release features without a prohibition on photographing them or releasing the information -- making me think Apple thought it was ready to go, too. So why the wait?
I'm giving up discussion of it and will just figure we'll never get that damn purple icon. Then if we do, I'll be pleasantly surprised.
The wait is because apple is finish the Wi-Fi iTunes to the Apple TV. They want to release it at the same time.
I can't see the pictures, but it wouldn't be hard to make a import a picture of the screen with all the icons and place it in an iPhoto collection. Then show it full screen on the iphone.
Anyway... who is the one who believes that the update will come tonight?

BTW, THAT makes no sense at all. It helps to ventilate your frustration, but do you really think Apple won't release the update for the iPhone?
I would be surprised if the update of the Apple TV is anything other than a big RE-Launching, with totally new capabilities. It seems that Steve doesn't have enough time to focus on his "hobby' anymore.
Wi-Fi for the Apple TV... ? BORING!. What about HD, DVR capabilities or MOVIE RENTALS!!! PLEASE MOVIE RENTALS FOR 30 DAYS!!! That would be great!

Well, considering the iPod touch information, you should be able to type in Japanese shortly with the iPhone update.
I'd bet it continues, except for the Christmas and New Year's Day time frame, for the first six months. They have a lot of things to work out.
I agree. Give me Flash! My life isn't going to end if I don't get "the purple icon." I love my iPhone. I love my Ringtones (so I still won't update iTunes). And I love getting outside and experiencing the "non-virtual" reality!
When Apple does something cool, enjoy it. Until then, look out the window. There's a whole world of living out there to fill in the time rather than refreshing your screen every ten minutes to see what's new. The purple icon will happen. In the meantime, there's life!

Yes...but then you disable the functionality of the phone. There are actually some of us that like to travel and use our phones for their main purpose.
