LMAO... been there... slept through that!
I would be sleeping if we were in lecture, but we're in lab. Kind of hard to be inconspicuous while sleeping in the lab.

I don't think we are gonna get an update today. It was too obvious that everyone would expect it to happen today because of the whole Apple announcement earlier today and it being a Tuesday, but it seems unlikely now. Haven't all the updates been on Tuesdays? If so, I would think if it isn't released today then it will be next week.

Anyway... does ANYONE have news on when we can expect this update? I'm getting tired of pressing check for updates every 10 minutes. lol. 
we wont see it till september 28th. when steve says later this month, he means as late as possible.
Maybe that's gonna be on the UK version only. Other than that... who knows! Time will tell.

Why wouldnt a button like that just be in the settings? Are there people writing in more than one language that frequently? Are we switching keyboards on the fly here?

When I think about it, I think that it isn't, but only the update will tell what it is. Also, there is a possibility that, as previously stated, this is just for UK iPhones. It is on the UK page.

Ohhhh... good point! That just shed a little light on the possibality of a late update. It's happened before!
