Next MacBook Pro to Get New Case Design

The new MBP is going to be a tablet style. Shaped like the current iPhone 4 but much bigger. Lion is already set up for full screen gestures. It makes perfect sense, and would keep Apple ahead of the game in almost every aspect.

Not everybody has broadband.

Not every country has an iTunes or iTunes-like store for buying/renting movies and TV shows.

Not everybody has enough disk space to rip his entire CD collection.

Optical media is still the way to go, the only way to go in many situations.
 
Uh, if there's a refresh with the faster Sandy Bridge processors and no redesign, then this rumor is wrong, right?

don't forget another reason: ISP's and the ever shrinking amount of bandwidth they allow their customers to use.

also, online means one more external thing to depend on working, if I have physical media then I know I can use it when and where I want.
