Night Shift on iPhone 6 doesn't offer sunset to sunrise option

My iPad air does but not my iPhone 6. It only offers custom schedule that offers start and ending time settings. Anyone else have this problem?

Make sure Location Services for Setting Time Zone is on.

That setting is available on my iPhone 6. The location service setting mentioned about looks to be the answer.

all the people keep advising to disable every setting on iOS to spare a few minutes of battery life are going to have headaches 😎
