No 5S until the fall?

First off your way off base...

It's not absurd at all, check my comments and take a deep breath, I said IMO 4.3 is the perfect size and sweet spot for alot of folks.

And Samsung was able to keep the S4 the same size as the S3 footprint wise while making the screen bigger.

So your one of those people that refuse to adjust with the times and realize that there are alot of phone manufacturers out there in the world and people these days have many different choices as well as perspectives on what works for them.

Face reality man

If people wanted larger screens than the iphone wouldnt be the #1 selling phone in the US.

You have no sources for your claims so no one will take you seriously.

I don't think they'll be in real trouble!

But the fact that people, and I mean regular consumers are flocking to stores to pick up the Galaxy S4 which has a 5 inch screen is really a concern. I honestly think Apple should be at say 4.3 inches as far as screen size goes without making the phone a whole lot bigger with a giant bezel.

Widgets and all that jazz are drains on the battery and will honestly screw up the finesse of IOS. I think we need a refresh with some really cool and useful things, but widgets and a bigger screen over 4.5 is reseeved for my Android device, which is an HTC ONE at the moment.

We will not see a bigger screen until the phone iteration AFTER IOS 7. I predict that IOS 7 will include dynamic screen sizing. Once the applications have been changed to support dynamic screen sizing, we will see an iPhone that has a bigger screen than 4 inches.

I agree... The 5S is coming whether people like it or not, and look pretty much just like the 5 with some tweaks under the hood.

Like I said I'm hoping for say 4.3 on the 6

Just because the iPhone is the #1 selling phone doesn't mean that people like smaller screens.

I kind of Agree...

Being in the business I'm in I see a huge amount of people and the devices they use. And I have to say that if you asked me a year ago what's the device I see people using most often I'd say the iphone.

However these days I'd have to say its a real toss up...I still see plenty of iPhones, but I also see a HUGE amount of other phones with various screen sizes...mostly from the 4.3 size ratio up to say 5 inches...Once in a while I'll see the Note or the Note 2.

People are rolling with Choice these days, and that's a good thing I guess.

3.5 inch is perfect apple will never do a bigger screen

We won’t get a 6 this year but I'm hoping for a 5S in at least 2 sizes. I like the 4.7 inch screen on the HTC one. I think that would be perfect for me if the 5S came with a 4.7" screen and less bezel than the one. It’s very true that there are plenty of people who would not buy the new iPhone if it was bigger but I think apple needs 2 sizes like they did with the iPad. If the 5S only comes with a 4" screen then I will decide between the One and S4 unless iOS 7 just blows me away.
