No camera shutter sound

For those of you not getting the shutter sound...try turning up the volume on your phone. I thought mine had no shutter sound until I turned up the volume. No sound on live though.

As posted before yes, when live photos is enabled the shutter sound doesn't play, if disabled it plays ok.
I can now understand why it behaves like this. Live photos are mini videos with sound included. I really have not seen a useful application for this function and will most probably not use it, but surely there are some that find it useful.

i have the 7plus. when i take a photo there is no longer a click. i have checked setting but i don't see anywhere it can be changed.

I'll tell you the same thing that I told you in the other thread: you're taking live photos and there's no shutter sound. Turn off "live" photos and the shutter sound will return.
