Hi....my 5s has no settings for the fingerprint sensor. The only option is to set the pass code. There is no mention whatsoever of the fingerprint sensor.. This is the weirdest thing. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

No it's a space grey 5s. Ordered it from Apple.com directly.

Should of posted a screenshot. While I believe you, others may not.

Try Restoring through iTunes? Maybe they loaded the 5c Software at the Factory.

I know why everyone would be skeptical, I have owned every model of iPhone. I am sure it's a space grey 5s. The setting was there but wouldn't let me set my fingerprints. I did a factory reset and now nothing is there at all.

So this is the what the settings look like on the password screen (below). What are you seeing?

The fingerprints option is missing entirely. It goes from passcode to voice dial.

No Fingerprint settings

Perhaps the sensor is broken so the OS does not see it at all. Not hard to believe.

True. I have seen iPhones in the past with broken WiFi... and that causes the WiFi settings to be greyed out and inaccessible. I could see the OS being designed to revert to "passcode only" menus in the event of fingerprint hardware being viewed as "missing" by the OS.
